Stage 1 Water Restriction in Effect
Stage 1 is implemented when the aquifer that we pull our water from reaches a specific level.
- Voluntary 10% reduction of water use each household
- No outdoor vehicle washing or cleaning including pressure washing
- Voluntary limit of watering outside between 7am and 6pm
With all the rain, why is the restriction still in effect? Even with all the rain, the water must travel through 400 feet to reach the aquifer and begin filling it.
